1. Introduction
Welcome to Ancrey Designs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the processes for Website Design, Book Design, and Website Management Services.
2. Website Design Services

Free Consultation: Initial discussion of project needs.

Paid Consultation: Includes a wireframe or menu structure for full website projects.

Full Payment: Required before the actual design process begins.

Content Submission: Clients must submit all required content using the designated form by the given deadline.

Design Timeline: Begins only after full content submission and takes a minimum of one month.

Additional Content: Any content added after submission incurs extra charges.
3. Book Design Services

Free Consultation: Initial discussion of project needs.

Paid Consultation: Includes a design structure for full book designs or a sample cover for book cover-only requests.

Full Payment: Required before the design process begins.
4. Website Management Services
Services are available on an hourly or retainer basis.
Payments, Retainers & Late Fees:

All invoices are billed in US Dollars, with an XCD conversion rate of US$1 = $2.7 XCD.

Hourly Rate: US$21 per hour (minimum charge: 2 hours per request).

Consultations: US$39.99 for first-time bookings & US$28 for repeat bookings.

Cash Payments & Cheques are accepted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) only.

Retainer contracts require recurring payments via PayPal (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly).

Late fees of US$18 per week apply after 7 days of an unpaid invoice.

Returned cheques incur a fee of $200 XCD.

Clients must prepay for domain, hosting, or other third-party services if Ancrey Designs is making the purchase.

Fee for non-retainer clients using our card for purchases: US$10 per invoice (free for retainer clients).
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide content on time using the submission form.

Respond to feedback and requests promptly.

Ensure all provided materials are owned or properly licensed.
6. Intellectual Property

All designs and development work remain the property of Ancrey Designs until full payment is received.

Clients receive full rights to the website or book design upon final payment.

Any unauthorized use of our designs is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Losses or damages due to website downtime or security breaches.

Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, payment processors).
-
Legal compliance issues related to the client’s website or book content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:

Fails to make timely payments.
-
Engages in abusive or unethical behavior.
-
Violates any terms outlined in this agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
